Experts – 5 Indian and 2 international experts from Universita’ degli Studi di Milano

First part:

  • Analyze how the European HEIs has create a management structure dedicated to the internationalization;
  • Challenge for the start-up of international research and innovation operations;
  • Quality assurance as a tool of internationalisation;
  • Know-how: project management of public funds and internationalisation.

Second part, from theory to practice:

  • Case studies: analyze the governance of International Office in Europe
  • EU, funds and internet resources
  • Illustration of the EU application key documents and requirements
  • Networking and consortium building
  • Good practice and case studies
  • Question and answer session
  • Strategic planning: participants – along with experts – will simulate application procedures and envision potential partnerships with European institutions
  • Introduction of the EU programme financing internationalization of higher studies and mobility project (i.e. Erasmus+, Horizon2020, Marie Skłodowska Curie action, ERC, member states grants)
